The Right Real Estate Agent

I have 35 years teaching Real Estate at the College Level. That was long before computers. I have cut up more tracts and sold to more people than most agents will ever think about. Now that is enough bragging.

Down to basics.  I sell what people want. Some investors want to make profit, most home owners want a bargin Many people want farms and estates. I divide these wants  3 wants into 3 area and that is where I work.                                           

1. Investor people want good buys to remodel and turn over. I sell foreclosures and and repo for large banks and government agencies

2. Homeowners want a bargin.  I sell them some foreclosures and build to suit at a very reasonable price                                                      

3. Farms and estates. I keep several large tracts close to Atlanta and i -85 that have streams and pasture for farms and estates. Most people leaving Atlanta and those coming to Georgia want to be in the 75 mile range of Atlanta. My property is normally between Atlanta and Athens or The University of Georgia and The Georgia Bull Dawgs The large Nicholson tract is 12 miles out of Athens.
